How do I replace someone who is already registered but not able to attend?

You may fax a completed registration form for the new registrant with an indication of who to replace along with a credit card for the $10.00 Name Substitution Fee to 317-578-0621. Note: American Express is not accepted. If paying by check, please mail the information to:

How do I make hotel reservations?

Please fill out the hotel information on the registration form. Reservations will not be accepted over the phone by our office or the hotel.

What if I already sent in my registration form and now need to make hotel reservations?

Please fill out the hotel information on your registration form. Write “Added Hotel” at top of form and fax to 317-578-0621.

I need to cancel or change my hotel reservation—can I call the hotel directly?

All cancels and changes must go through our office until April 10, 2007. Starting April 7, 2006, you may call the hotel directly for this. All cancels and changes must be in writing via fax (317-578-0621) or email maryann@conventionmanagers.com.

How do I get my confirmation number for the hotel?

The hotel will send a confirmation separate from your registration confirmation letter. If you do not receive it in a timely manner, please refer to the hotel phone number on your confirmation letter.

How do I register for a hotel room if I’m coming in for Employee Day only?

Fill out a registration form and check “Employee Day” in the registration fees listed under fees for Propane Dealers. Fill out the Hotel Accommodations section, complete with credit card, arrival, and departure dates.

If I’m paying for my hotel deposit by check, how do I make it out?

All checks for hotel deposits should be written to “Hotel Deposit.” Checks made out to individual hotels or made out to Midwest Propane Gas Association will be returned without reservation being made.

How can I make changes to my name on my badge?

All changes must be submitted in writing via fax (317-578-0621) or email to maryann@conventionmanagers.com. If faxing, please make change directly on your confirmation letter before faxing. If emailing, please indicate how badge is currently listed on your confirmation letter and what changes should occur.

Looking at how my badge will read, it appears my name is on there twice—is this an error?

All badges will have the same format of:

First Name

If I need to cancel, is there a fee?

If cancellation is on or before February 2, 2007, there is a full refund less $75 processing fee. If cancellation is on or before March 16, 2007, there is a 50 % refund or $75 processing charge, whichever is greater amount for the association. After March 16, 2007 there is no refund.

How do I register my attendees for Employee Day?

As long as there is one full paid registration from your company, you may bring employees to Saturday and/or Sunday Employee Day at no charge. Fill out a registration form and check “Employee Day” in the registration fees listed under fees for Propane Dealers.
