Black & White Advertisements
Art is required by March 19, 2010. Advertiser-provided .pdf files are preferred, although camera-ready/laser printed art is accepted. Advertisement sizes must be as listed above and must be black and white. E-mail the .pdf file to propane@conventionmanagers.com. No modifications will be made. Improperly formatted artwork will be returned to the advertiser and no refund of the advertisement cost will be given after November 13, 2009.
Cover Color Advertisements
Art is required by March 19, 2010. Color laser of ad with MAC format disk containing Quark, Photo-Shop or Illustrator file must be ready for output and must be the exact size as listed above. Mark disk with name and telephone number of the person who created the file. Mail disk or e-mail the file to propane@conventionmanagers.com. No modifications will be made. Improperly formatted artwork will be returned to the advertiser and no refund of the advertisement cost will be given after November 13, 2009.
